Since February, Chef has taken a genuine interest in preparing a fabulous dining experience in a beautiful setting. An expansive view awaits you and the food caters to a varied amount of tastes. Excellent service in a non hurried atmosphere. Topped off with a nice array of locally prepared dessert. He will close for the summer months so get there soon!

Great seafood restaurant in La Ribera. Guacamole was outstanding as were the shrimp fajitas and the lobster chile relleno. Service was quick and polite. Seems like a great place for a drink at night and to watch game.

UPDATE: We visited again today, Apr 2025, and it is still fabulous. The chef visited our table personally to make sure we were satisfied and the service from our waiter was perfect. It is definitely worth a visit. Great views, very attentive staff and good menu. Prices are in line with others in the area, but it's is definitely worth checking out

A couple we might suggested Efren's, they have visited the restaurant for multiple years and love it. The food was very good, not the cheapest you'll find in Baja, but for quality seafood and steak it's very reasonable by United States standards. The view from the second story restaurant is beautiful. We went with the couple we met, two of us ordered the fish with white sauce, absolutely amazing; my wife ordered chicken in lime sauce which was also excellent; and our other friend ordered the fish tacos which were definitely a less expensive but equally tasty option. Definitely a quality restaurant in La Ribera... And if you like pizza they also have an absolutely amazing pizza restaurant I also reviewed.

Great place for a meal. Great family who cooks and runs the place. Sat up stairs where we had a nice ocean breeze and enjoyed the shrimp Chile rellenos and coconut shrimp! Big plate full of coconut shrimp.

Efren is the best host. Our dishes were excellent: chile with lobster, shrimp fajitas, coconut shrimp and more. Good local ingredients. Margaritas oh yeah!

I've paid more in ritzy settings, but I have never had a better meal in Baja Sur or Norte. I had shrimp in a cream wine sauce with capers. It was incredible! Served with the best sauteed vegetables ever, plus pureed carrots, sweet potatoes, ax well as mashed potatoes. My wife had the grilled fish of the day, which happened to be fresh caught local wahoo. Yay! Her meal was great as well. Jorge, (sorry for spelling), an amiable and interesting chef from Belgium, prepares your meal and may even serve it as well. Fantastic!

Delicious, with stunning views of the coast. Stop here to enjoy some great food and chat with Joris the owner. Restaurant is on the top floor so you get a cool breeze while you look out on the ocean. Drinks were excellent, fish tacos and shrimp tacos were generous plates with good flavor, but don’t miss out on the avocado stuffed with shrimp. We will definitely return next time we’re in La Ribera.
